One-room apartment of the "Standard" class near the city center. There are grocery stores, shopping centers, cafes, a public transport stop (including to St. Petersburg), and a playground in the courtyard. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen utensils, cutlery, bed linen and towels. The obligatory set of each apartment includes: upholstered and cabinet furniture, TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle. For stays of seven nights or more, we carry out scheduled cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels. You can order lunch and dinner by phone, the delivery service will bring the order to your apartment. To make your trip as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we will arrange for you to meet at the airport or train station. A shuttle service is provided free of charge in the city of Sosnovy Bor. You can order a personal driver service by calling the dispatch service. We are open from 8:00h. to 22:00h. Late check-in and early check-out are possible for an additional fee.
