The Nobel Brothers Residence is a modern country complex of premium leisure with historical value and well—thought-out infrastructure. The territory of the complex is located in a place that at the beginning of the 20th century played a strategic role for the development of the industry of the Russian Empire. Here were the warehouses of the Nobel Brothers Partnership, an organization engaged in the supply of kerosene, oil, gasoline and oils throughout the country. Their activities became an important element of the economic development of that time: fuel quality standards were introduced, their own logistics system was built, and large-scale supplies were organized by region. Today, a modern country complex has been created on this territory — the Residence of the Nobel brothers. Eight self-contained barnhouses are located in the middle of nature, each designed to accommodate two guests. The houses are designed with an emphasis on privacy and silence: a private terrace, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, views of the forest or river. The architecture and interior are designed in such a way that the guest feels maximum comfort and privacy. Each house has its own concept and is dedicated to an outstanding Nobel Prize winner. Thematic elements are placed inside: objects, quotes, books, visual accents, a short legend and a "map of objects" in the house. This is not just accommodation, but an immersive recreation format where the guest interacts with the history and scientific heritage of a particular scientist. The interiors are made in the style of modern minimalism: natural wood, thoughtful lighting, functional layout. Each house has everything for autonomous living: an equipped kitchen, high-quality plumbing, heating system, Wi-Fi, orthopedic premium-class sleeping place. The territory is organized for active recreation and resource recovery.
