The studio apartment is located in the historical center of the city. Next to the apartment in walking distance are: -administration of the city of Staaropol, - City Council, -railway station, - circus, -shopping centers "European", "Bazaar", "Passage", "Aurora", - Salyut - Center cinema, - Stavropol State Philharmonic, - Fortress Mountain, - Yunost swimming pool, - Central Park, -Lenin Square, - local history museum and other historical attractions. The apartment has all the necessary household appliances (split system, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, smart TV, Wi-Fi, ironing board, iron, hair dryer), dishes, clean bed linen, towels, disposable toothbrushes are provided. Cleaning and linen change after each guest. Check-in after 15:00 Check-out time (check-out) before 12:00. Requests for reservations for the current day will not be accepted after 22:00, so please make sure to book in advance. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate unaccompanied guests under the age of 23. Upon check-in, the tenant additionally pays an insurance deposit in the amount of 2,000 rubles (the deposit amount is discussed individually), which is refunded after cleaning the apartment before 17:00 on the day of eviction in the absence of damage to the living space and any property of the landlord. The apartment is rented exclusively for temporary accommodation, parties are prohibited. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation (drunken companies, noise after 22:00, more guests than indicated at the time of booking, smoking in the apartment, check-in with animals) - eviction occurs instantly without refund and recalculation of the rental price. We do not provide hotel services! In accordance with art. 678 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the tenant is obliged to use the dwelling only for living, to ensure the safety of the dwelling and to maintain it in proper condition. This means that the tenants of the residential premises wash the dishes themselves, take out the trash and keep the room clean. In case of violation of this rule, the payment for additional cleaning will be deducted from the insurance deposit. In case of a reduction in the term of employment at the initiative of the employer, the payment for the hire is not subject to recalculation. The landlord is not responsible for the safety of the tenant's property.
