The house is built using natural materials, and the new designer renovation will not leave you indifferent. The house is surrounded on two sides by a forest, the view of which can be enjoyed directly from the living room, as the house has panoramic windows so that you can feel unity with nature, gain strength and be inspired by new ideas. Specifications: The house is 65 sq.m.+ a terrace of 18 sq.m. on a plot of 23 acres, 2 bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen; for younger guests there is an equipped children's room - the 3rd bedroom, and in the courtyard there is a playground. It can accommodate 6 adults+ 3 children. The bedroom has a double bed 160*200, the guest room has a sofa bed 140*200, the living area has a sofa 160*200, the children's room has a bunk bed (the first tier is 120*90, the second is 90*190) You can spend cozy evenings on your own terrace - there is a private patio area, and for beautiful photos and memorable moments for our guests, we have installed a swing. And, of course, how can you be in good company, in a beautiful place, and without a delicious barbecue? We have also taken care of this, and therefore, the barbecue is at your disposal, our beloved guests! Location The house is located in the Mytischinsky district, Stepankovo village, Aurora checkpoint, about 14 km from the MKAD. The village itself is very quiet, and our house is located on its outskirts. There are 2 scenic roads leading to the village, and you will begin your vacation and unity with nature on the way home: one is an asphalt road surrounded by forests, the second is along the Moskva River canal, where you can enjoy beautiful views and yachts. The village does not have its own shops, but the most popular deliveries are available here - Ozon, Ozon Fresh, Vkusville, the nearest shops are the village of Novoseltsevo, about 7 minutes away. At your disposal: Kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, all necessary utensils for cooking and a welcome set is waiting for you: water, tea and coffee! Bathroom - bathtub, boiler, heated floors for your comfort, hairdryer, washing machine, fresh towels, slippers, a set of hygiene products upon check-in - soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush; there is an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer; The house has Wi-fi and a TV for convenience. The house has convector heating. On-site parking We are also pleased to offer our guests a bath tub and a sauna.: - sauna 8,000 rubles (2,000 rubles/hour, minimum 4 hours); - kindling of the vat is 7,000 rubles (to be paid separately). - upon request, additives in the chat- coniferous brooms, grapefruit (or something else, agreed in advance)- 1,500 rubles . - rubber shoes, waffle towels without payment to the vat - on request, a bathrobe + a bath cap - 600 rubles. 1 set. The rules of our house: - an insurance deposit of 10,000 rubles (refunded on the day of departure, subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation), an online accommodation agreement is filled out.; - check-in from 16:00, check-out from 12:00; - smoking is strictly prohibited in the house; - it is forbidden to violate the rights and interests of residents in the surrounding area; - it is important to treat the house and property with respect; - Sunday is the day of silence in the village - it is not allowed to turn on music loudly, residents and guests of the village listen to silence =) - we do not mind firewood, we have a lot of them, but we pay an employee to chop and stack them for you. Therefore, if you use our firewood to light the stove, barbecue, campfire area, we ask you to pay for his work in the amount of 3,000 rubles on a one-time basis. Please note that for your safety, a video surveillance camera is installed on the territory, facing the entrance area to the site. For seconded employees, we can provide accounting documents for the accounting department and issue an invoice to the company. The administrator is in touch from 9.00 a.m. to 21.00 p.m. Our house has round-the-clock contactless check-in, but in case of late check-in, payment must be made before 21.00 hours. The administrator also answers all your questions until 21.00 hours.
