The rental price includes one bed set and one towel set. The apartment is serviced by a professional cleaning company, providing 100% cleanliness and comfort. Each guest is followed by chemical , hot steam treatment, and quartz treatment of all rooms. For longer stays, free cleaning is available on request with a change of pastel linen and towels on the 3rd day of arrival and every 3rd day thereafter. Placement rules: Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed. We can refuse to stay in case of violation of the rules, night noise, complaints from neighbors, inappropriate behavior without a refund. ,Pets are not allowed parties/drinking of alcoholic beverages and events are not allowed (except for New Year's Eve) The apartment is not for parties and drunken gatherings, only a relaxing holiday The time of silence in this house is from Monday to Sunday from 20:00-09:00, there is no quiet hour until 06/01/2027. Check-in time after 14:00 and check-out time at exactly 12:00, early and late check-out are negotiated individually. The deposit is refunded until 6:00 p.m. after check-out.
