The Grace Aqua Villa SPA Hotel is located on the first coastline with its own equipped beach in the summer season, near the city center of Sukhum, away from the main tourist routes. Rooms of various categories with panoramic windows are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is a restaurant with panoramic sea views and a spacious outdoor terrace. An outdoor heated pool of 28*10 m with sun loungers is available on site. There is also a SPA area with access to the pool and sea views. It offers body and face care services, and water programs. The building houses a gym and a children's room. The territory of the hotel is closed, guarded around the clock. Parking is available. Another unique service of the hotel is a tennis court. It is possible to use the service for an additional fee, please check the cost at the reception. The Grace Aqua Villa Hotel has 2 buildings. Building 1: Building 1 is a 5-storey building with an elevator. Each room with a balcony has a table and 2 chairs. Rooms on the 2nd floor have a shared balcony. An iron with a mini ironing board is located in each room, and a water cooler is located on the floors. Building 2: Building 2 is a 4-storey building with no elevator. 1st floor of a room without a balcony. 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor – shared balcony. Each room has a table and 2 chairs at the entrance/balcony. An iron with ironing board and a water cooler are located on the 1st floor. Meals for the guests of the 1st and 2nd buildings are served in the main 1st building. important!!! One child from 0 to 4 years old (inclusive) stays free of charge without providing a separate place (on existing beds).
