The apartment is newly renovated, very clean! Without any foreign smells, with a magnificent view of the city (the whole city is in full view, it's beautiful in the evening). Aura shopping center area (1 minute walk), near the Airport (8 minutes drive) and railway station (5 minutes drive), mag. Magnet (2 min walk), Red&White, Bristol (2 min walk). For business travelers, we provide a COMPLETE SET OF ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS with a cash receipt according to the new Federal Law No. 54-FZ (with a QR code). Our apartments have everything for a comfortable stay.: ● Double bed with orthopedic mattress, sofa bed in the room, sofa bed in the kitchen, clean bed linen. ● LCD Smart TV in each room and kitchen, hairdryer, iron with ironing board and dryer. ● Kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, all necessary utensils and kitchen utensils. ● Personal hygiene products and clean towels. ● Washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. We carefully monitor the cleanliness of the apartments. After each departure, a complete wet cleaning is required, with disinfection of common areas and replacement of bed linen. The standard check-in time is from 13.00, check-out at 12.00. Early check-in and late check-in are agreed upon and paid separately. Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of 2,000 rubles must be paid, which is refunded subject to the rules of accommodation upon check-out. Payment is possible in cash, online transfer. We work 24 hours a day, without days off or breaks, and we respond even at night!
