One-bedroom Scandi Loft apartment Cozy 2-room apartment with new modern renovation and individual heating near the central park of the city! Please read the accommodation rules before booking! Check-in is contactless from 15:00h at any convenient time, check-out until 12:00h (early arrivals and late departures are provided if possible and are paid separately). Video surveillance is conducted at the entrance to the apartment. When booking for 2 people, the apartment is rented as a studio, access to one of the rooms (bedroom) is not provided. Upon check-in, you must have your passport with you and make a deposit of two thousand rubles, which is refunded on the day of departure after cleaning. The apartment is not rented out for noisy parties and persons under 21 years of age. Smoking is prohibited, including electronic cigarettes and hookahs. Even on the balcony! ,Pets are not allowed. It is forbidden to find persons who are not specified in the booking application. ⚠️In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded!!! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean bed linen, towels, personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, cotton pads and sticks) are provided. When booking for two people, a second set of linen is provided for an additional fee (300 rubles). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, a cooktop, an oven (use of the oven is available for a fee), and dishes. A washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. There are Smart TVs in every room, including the kitchen. There are air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. ✔️Wi-Fi network access is provided. Sleeping places: 2-bedroom bed 160 cm wide and 2-bedroom sofa 140 cm wide in the living room; 2 double bed 160 cm wide in the bedroom; 2-bedroom sofa 140 cm wide in the kitchen.
