Cozy Apartments in the city by the sea

The key to a good holiday is to feel at home in a new place: our apartments are located in one of the coastal cities of the Kaliningrad region — Svetlogorsk. These apartments are within walking distance from the city center, the city promenade and the beach (15-20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi). There is a well-developed transport system (trains to Kaliningrad and other coastal cities, other intercity public transport). The apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the Svetlogorsk Sports and Recreation complex (swimming pool, hockey arena, football field, gym). Near the apartment there is an Amphitheater, Lake Tikhoe and a Larch Park. The Svetlogorsk Forest is also within walking distance, where you can walk and breathe fresh air with a hint of the sea. The largest concert hall in the region, Yantar Hall, is located in the city of Svetlogorsk. It is also within walking distance (15-20 minutes). In the apartment you will find all the necessary amenities for a good family holiday. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, washing machine, TV, ironing facilities, etc. are available for guests. There are two beds. There is a large 160 cm bed and a 120 cm wide sofa. Wi-Fi on site will help you stay connected at all times. If you are traveling by car, you can park in the parking lot nearby. You can take a pet on a trip. Accessible environment: the elevator is working. There are several shops near the apartment (3 minutes on foot) (Spar, Pyaterochka, etc.). We wish you a good rest.
