Central Park, Riviera, Zvezdochka shopping center, bus station are located nearby. Check-in conditions: have a passport with you, a deposit of 1000 rubles (refunded on the day of departure), money for accommodation. There is no smoking or partying in the apartment. Silence after 22:00 for violation of the deposit amount is not refundable. The apartment is not rented to people under the age of 21.
