Business Residence & Spa is a comfortable apartment hotel located in the Sunny Valley resort. The hotel is divided into 2 buildings. Building I is a 10-storey hotel, Building II is an 8-storey hotel. The rooms of the hotel can accommodate from 1 to 6 people, are equipped with a kitchen area and air conditioning. The hallmark of each room is French windows and balconies with panoramic views of the Ural Mountains and the forest area.
