The Plotnikov Guest House is located in the center of Taganrog. The house was built in 2008 in the style of architecture of the early twentieth century. The house has 5 floors and a tower with chimes. Every hour, from 8:00 to 20:00, is accompanied by the chime of five small bells and the striking of a large bell.
