Cottage at Alex's recreation center. Quiet place, on the river bank, 50 meters away. A 20-minute drive from the city. A place where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy nature and silence. A large plot of 2 hectares, fenced. Only guests of the cottage are on site. There is a public transport stop 400 meters away. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 8 people. The house is equipped with all amenities and is designed for year-round living. The house has Underfloor heating, a bathroom with a rain shower. Necessary appliances for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle, sugar, salt, tea. Smart TV + wi-fi, hairdryer, air conditioning and speaker Alice. A water purification system is installed. On the second floor there are two rooms with 160×200 double beds. On the ground floor there is one room with a large 160x200 bed and a folding sofa in the large hall. Dining area and kitchen, with all necessary utensils for cooking and serving. Bed linen, towels for each guest, disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and brushes are provided. The cabin has a Jacuzzi with a capacity of 2 people. On site: large gazebo with barbecue area, triple swing. A place to play badminton and other outdoor sports. It is possible to rent a sap board, an ATV. In summer, rent a kayak (in advance). Pets are not allowed.
