Wi-Fi, cable/digital TV are also available. The apartment is rented for an hour, a day or a week. There is a bus stop within walking distance (2 minutes), a grocery store, the RIO shopping center and the Central Market are located nearby. Upon check-in, a deposit of 2,000 rubles is charged, which is refunded after checking the condition of the apartment and cleaning it. The terms of the deposit may be changed at the discretion of the landlord. Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 12:00. Check-in/check-out time can be adjusted by prior arrangement. The landlord operates as a hotel and provides official accounting documentation (strict reporting form), non-cash payment is possible.
