Очень понравился отель! Спа зона с очень красивой баней на дровах, отделка там просто супер, подогреваемый чан с водой, такой крутой СПА прям редко где встретишь! Брали завтрак и ужен, кухня прям как дома, каждый день всегда были новые блюда, отделка ресторана также очень понравилось. После длительных походов по горам приходишь в спа и там просто кайфуешь) Сами апартаменты тоже понравились, стильный ремонт, все очень чисто! Рекомендую для отдыха 👍

Очень хочу поблагодарить прекрасное место отдыха на Эльбрусе! Тут возможно погулять в заповедной зоне, днём покататься на лыжах, сходить на экскурсии, насладиться природой, а вечером провести отдых в банном комплексе. Особую благодарность хочу выразить работникам спа-зоны. Банщик Александр проводит шикарные парения, очень исцеляющие и наполняющие. Ещё посетили сеансы массажа, очень профессионального и качественного. Отдых который не всегда можем себе позволить в городе. Порадовала атмосфера Шале-домиков, со вкусом и как дома. Уборка и обслуживание номеров на высоком уровне. Заявленный сервис оправдывает свою цену!

Ozon Village is a cozy chalet in the pine forest of the Elbrus region with a premium level of service in a large protected area. The Cheget and Azau trails are about 7 minutes away. Nalchik Airport is 114km away.
Each house has a designer renovation, the interior is made of valuable wood species: oak and elm. Cottages made of natural materials harmoniously complement the surrounding area.
