The HOLM INN Park Hotel is a place where you can enjoy a secluded country life in a comfortable and stylish environment. The modern and functional hotel complex is located just a 15–minute drive from the city, near one of the most picturesque and clean lakes of the Leningrad region - Khepoyarvi. The design of the cottages is made in the style of eco-minimalism: compact cottages with interiors in soft colors, plenty of light, panoramic Windows that offer wonderful views of the surrounding area. Everything is done so that, being here, you will feel unity with nature. Each cottage provides: -full-fledged modern kitchens; -comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses; -stylish, compact work and leisure areas; -full-fledged showers with a bathroom; -private terraces with furniture The concept of the hotel combines concern for the environment with the organization of a modern space for guests with all amenities. All cottages are built from shipping containers, which were given a second life. When creating the project, forests were saved. Special cutouts have been made in the terraces of cottages for perennial plants. They help trees grow in a natural environment and be safe for residents. In the administrative building there is a reception and a lounge area with a coffee machine and a showcase with snacks. Here you can comfortably wait for check-in, relax before leaving and resolve all issues with the administrator. Guests can use the following services on site: -Finnish sauna -Children's playground -Barbecue area -Parking Children's service: Children under 6 years old stay at the hotel free of charge. Upon request, a baby cot, a high chair, a radium nanny, a set for creativity are provided. Pets are allowed in the cottages. An additional fee of 2500 rubles is charged for the pet for the entire period of stay. The pet is additionally provided with: bowls, diapers, bags. The hotel is located near the developed infrastructure of Toksovo village. Nearby there is the Northern Slope, the Panda of Paintball, the Toksovsky springboard, the Toksovsky Zoo and an Observation deck.
