Modern studio apartments with a total area of 36 sq.m. are located on the 12th floor of a 16-storey brick house.
Verified landlord, full set of accounting documents, 100% photo compliance, all types of payment, transfer, food delivery services, amenities, wi-fi, dishes, tea/coffee, hygiene products, bed linen and towels.
The cost varies depending on the dates, dates and season. Discounts for stays of 7 days or more. We work with legal entities and individuals.
Standard check-in time is from 14.00, check-out is until 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed and paid separately. You can check in around the clock through the office.

Payment in the apartment by card at the terminal is possible only when checking in through the office.
