This is a great option for business trips, vacations, or traveling with your family. **Please read everything carefully before submitting a booking request.:** - The apartment ** is not rented for parties**. - **Any smoking in the apartment and on the landing is strictly prohibited** (there is no smoke from neighbors, through ventilation, etc.). - Pets are allowed **only by agreement **. - Compliance with the ** law on silence** is mandatory. **Accommodation and facilities:** - Capacity: up to **4 adults** (double bed and double sofa bed). - Bed linen made of **cotton stripe satin**, towels and hygiene products. -**Washing machine**, dryer, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. - **Air conditioning** in the bedroom. - **Smart TV** in the bedroom. **Kitchen and food:** - The kitchen is equipped with **electric stove**, **oven**, **extractor hood**, **refrigerator**, **microwave**. - Dishes for cooking and eating are also available. **Please note:** Products, including salt and sugar, are not included in the standard equipment, but are usually available. **Check-in:** - **Contactless check-in only** from **14:00 to 22:00**. - On the day of arrival, we will send you the check-in instructions in any messenger. - If **late check-in** is required, please coordinate this when booking. In this case, you will need to receive instructions and pay for your stay in advance. - Before check-in, you must send us ** a photo of your identity document**. **Payment and deposit:** - Before check-in **100% prepayment** for all booked dates and **2000 RUB deposit**. - The deposit is deposited into a special account via a link through **SBP**. - In case of early departure, payment for unused days ** will not be refunded**. **Early check-in and late check-out:** - **Early check-in** We are happy to provide **FOR FREE** if your apartment is ready to move in. If you need **guaranteed early check-in**, please book the previous day. - **Late check-out** is also provided, if possible, upon booking after you.
