It takes 1-2 minutes to walk to the public transport stop. Near the house there are several grocery stores, Kulaginsky market. Check-in for a day from 14.00 and later, check-out until 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. We accommodate guests with a child, a child from 5 years and older. The price is for two adult guests. We accommodate a maximum of two adult guests. An additional payment of 500 rubles per day is charged for an additional guest. Additional guests and guests with a child must be accommodated by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. We provide accounting documents. We don't smoke in our apartment.
