Wide comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress. There are necessary household appliances in the kitchen. There is clean drinking water. The bathroom has a rain shower. There is a washing machine. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and cable TV. There is a public transport stop near the house, 1-2 minutes walk to the bus stop. Near the house there are several grocery stores, Kulaginsky market. We accommodate no more than two adult guests. Additional guests by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. For each additional guest, 500 rubles per day. We accommodate guests with a child, the age of the child is from 5 years and older. Also by prior arrangement. The apartment is available for rent to guests aged 23 and over. We don't rent for holidays. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Upon check-in, a deposit of 2,000 rubles is charged. The deposit is refunded upon eviction.
