It is made in elegant porcelain stoneware (the bathroom has a shower cabin), a hairdryer, clean towels and personal hygiene products. - Air conditioning/heating: For your comfort at any time of the year. - Large loggia with stunning views of the city. Location: - The apartment is located in a picturesque area of the city, a beautiful forest for hiking and a small lake "Kudautki" - Convenient access to public transport (to the nearest stop "Sunny Valley", 1 minute) - Zvezdny Water Sports Center Rental conditions: - The minimum rental period is 1 day. - An insurance deposit of 3,000 rubles (refunded on the day of departure, after checking the apartment). - A photo of the guest's passport is required upon check-in! - The rental price includes: 1 set of bed linen (made on the bed), 2 towels and a set of personal hygiene products for 2 people (disposable toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoo). !A set of bed linen for the sofa, as well as additional towels and personal hygiene products for a fee. - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. - In the period from 22:00 to 09:00, silence must be observed in the apartment in order to avoid conflict with neighbors - Accommodation with pets is subject to agreement, for an additional fee.
