Apartment description:
A large studio with a kitchen area and a spacious living room, with a bed (two beds) and a sofa (two beds).
The apartment is equipped with appliances: Wi-Fi, Smart TV, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and much more;
?all utensils for cooking and eating;
For your comfort in the apartment:
Clean bed linen, as well as soft towels;
On the day of arrival, we provide shower gels, shampoo and toothbrushes with paste.
Location:
The apartment is located on the main avenue of the World, residential districts of Kashtak, nearby
IC "Jupiter", IC "Crystal", Medical College, ARZ.
Convenient access to public transport (to the nearest stop "Raduzhny microdistrict", 2 minutes).
Rental conditions:
- The minimum rental period is 1 day.
- An insurance deposit of 2000 rubles (refunded on the day of departure, after checking the apartment).
- A photo of the guest's passport is required upon check-in!
- The rental price includes: 1 set of bed linen (per bed), 2 towels and a set of personal hygiene products for 2 people (disposable toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoo).

We have the rules of accommodation:
1. Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. It is possible to arrive early or leave later by agreement.;
2. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (including entrance areas);
3. We observe the law of silence and do not interfere with the peaceful sleep of neighbors after 22 hours and before 9 a.m.;
4. Apartments are not rented for events, only for living;
5. Check-in with pets by appointment (for an additional fee);
Contactless check-in is implemented in the apartment, you can independently check in and leave, at any time convenient for you, within the limits of the established check-in and check-out time!
