Dom na Ushajke

The House on Ushayka is a great location for a holiday. Location: 20 minutes by car from the center of Tomsk. For accommodation and events, there are 2 houses with accommodation for up to 14 people in sleeping places. During the day, it is possible to accommodate more than 15 people: it is negotiated in advance and paid additionally. The houses have 4 bedrooms, a banquet hall for up to 30 people, a warm swimming pool with a wood-burning sauna, billiards, a kitchen with all necessary appliances and banquet utensils, a music speaker. There is a gazebo with a view of the river and a barbecue area with a barbecue and a cauldron. Parking for cars is available on site. It is recommended to bring slippers and towels for the sauna and pool, coals for barbecue.
