Suburban trains and minibuses leave from the city center. Local trains from the railway station will take you to Shepsi and Dederkoy — they head south along the coast toward Sochi. Trains don't go to Olginka or Nebug: neither village has a railway station, so you reach them by scheduled bus or minibus from Tuapse's bus terminal. For Agoy and the village of Yuzhny, take a bus or minibus from the terminal on Marshala Zhukova Street — a 5–10 minute walk from the railway station and the sea terminal. City bus No. 142 runs to Yuzhny. The trip averages 20–40 minutes one way. A taxi to the nearest beaches in Agoy will run 400–700 ₽.
The swimming season lasts from June through October. Prices peak in July and August. In late September and early October the sea is still warm and guest house rates drop by 20–30%.
