Favorable environmental conditions are determined by a successful wind rose and the absence of harmful industries nearby. The Petrovsky Quarter site is adjacent to the lake, on the shore of which there is a park, a sandy beach and an embankment. Guests are provided with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a smart flat-screen TV, WI-Fi, an equipped kitchen with a kettle and a microwave and a refrigerator, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, an ironing board, a dryer, shower accessories, towels and bed linen. The distance to the Kremlin is 8.5 km, to the highway M-2 "Crimea" (Moscow – Belgorod), which is part of the European highway E105 from Norway – 2.5 km, and to the highway R-132 to Kaluga and Ryazan – less than 5 km. A new road is being built from Petrovsky Quarter to Odoevsky Highway, which runs 500 meters away and leads to the center of Tula.
