The apartment has everything you need for your comfort and tranquility. - A double bed and a small folding sofa (can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests). - Household appliances : hair dryer, iron, washing machine, Electric kettle, microwave and much more. - For a non-boring pastime: Wi-fi and a TV with many channels. - Snow-white bed linen and terry towels of 2 types (for the body and for the face). - A minimal set of toiletries, which includes: shower gel, soap and disposable slippers. - Dishes and cutlery necessary for your convenience in cooking. All of the above services and items are included in the price! ❤ We will separately note the mandatory points of our Company : AFTER EACH GUEST, A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT IS CARRIED OUT! CHECK-IN AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY! Check-in after 15.00, check-out before 12.00 Early check-in or late check-out is negotiated beforehand before check-in. Apartments are not rented to persons under 20 years of age. It is forbidden to hold various events and smoke in the apartment! Accommodation with pets is possible by agreement, for an additional fee. A mandatory deposit of 1000 rubles, which is returned on the day of departure, provided that no smoking was done in the apartment and no damage was done to the property! We will be glad to see you!
