THE APARTMENT IS NOT FOR RENT: guests under the age of 21. under the influence of alcohol for parties/holidays, pets are prohibited, smoking is prohibited in the apartment, in the entrance (smoking is allowed only on the street) , guests staying in the apartment above the time specified in the reservation is prohibited. it is forbidden to bring guests without consent. it is forbidden to enter into conflict with neighbors Violation of the rules entails a fine in the amount of the deposit. Cost of renewal: 500 rubles per hour, maximum 4 hours. If you rent for more than 4 hours, the payment is for a full day. Early check-in and late check-out are possible if the apartment is available.
