The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 people, and a surcharge of 500 rubles is charged for a third person. Accommodation with children is possible, negotiated individually. Parking in the courtyard of the house, on the outside of the house, or 100 m away there is paid parking, the cost of a day is 160 rubles. A deposit of 3,000 rubles is charged, which is refunded on the day of departure after checking the condition of the apartment and all contents. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment! This can be done on the balcony, with the door closed, using an ashtray. The accommodation in the apartment does not involve noisy fun and excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages!
