The hotel is located in the Moskovsky district of Tver at the entrance from Moscow, near Gagarin Square and Rio shopping center. The city center is no more than 2 km away. Grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, and supermarkets are located nearby. Historical sites and the city garden are within a 2 km radius. The railway and car stations are 4 km away. All rooms are equipped with wide 2-bedroom beds or two one-and-a-half-bedroom beds. All have plasma TVs, refrigerators with mini-bars, electric kettles, air conditioning, dishes, and some have a kitchenette with a microwave. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, slippers, bath accessories, and a hairdryer. Each category has a room on the 3rd floor (attic).
