Rules of accommodation: — it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment (cigarettes, hookah, electronic cigarettes); — it is forbidden to arrange noisy celebrations and parties; — silence from 22:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00; — don't leave a mess when you leave. Violating the rules can lead to withholding of bail or even eviction without compensation! It is not allowed to check in drunk. The apartments are rented to persons over 21 years old! The security deposit is 2500 rubles, refunded within a day after departure, subject to the safety of the property and compliance with the rules of accommodation. In case of early departure at the initiative of the guest, the cost of accommodation for the remaining unused days will not be refunded.
