"Domashnaya" is a network of service apartments located in the center of Tyumen and functioning in the format of an apartment hotel. All apartments are fully equipped for a comfortable temporary stay. One of the advantages of the apart-hotel is a lower cost compared to traditional hotels. One- and two-bedroom apartments are fully equipped with modern furniture, kitchen utensils, household appliances (electric/gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, iron, washing machine, TV); guests are provided with clean bed linen, towels. An administrator on duty works around the clock, who, if necessary, will promptly provide any possible assistance, eliminate any problems that arise, settle or evict you at any time convenient to you. It will also provide a transfer (meet, conduct), the service is paid. Check-in is made upon presentation of a passport or other identity document. Apartments for noisy events are not provided. IMPORTANT: from 15.05 to 28.07, crimping (scheduled hydraulic tests) is carried out in Tyumen: it is possible to turn off hot water (in this case there is a water heater in the apartment). Pressure testing is an annual scheduled hydraulic testing of heating networks. Such an inspection is carried out in accordance with the rules of technical operation of thermal power plants.
