Наигрубейший персонал! Хамят, на вопросы отвечают резко и грубо, особенно с пожилыми пассажирами! А их коллеги сидят и насмехаются над пожилыми людьми, которым грубо отвечают на пусть и элементарные вопросы!

25 июня ехал Тюмень -Бердюжье маршрутка Ивеко номер. Ан511-72 на ней наверное вообще не проводится то всю дорогу вой по всему салону затыкал уши сказал водителю отправил к врачам а когда о́н включил вентилятор в салоне тут мое терпение закончилось
