Within walking distance are the Alabashevsky BAZAR shopping center, Lenta shopping center, Friendship Park between Russia and Korea, NTC Novatek. The water park, the embankment and the city center are 5-10 minutes away by car. Additional information on booking and accommodation: - You must have your passport with you when checking in - The price may change during holidays and on days of high demand - Accommodation with pets is negotiated separately - Any mass events are prohibited in the apartment, smoking of cigarettes and hookahs is prohibited. Silence at night (from 23:00 to 07:00) is a prerequisite - An insurance deposit of 2000 rubles is charged, which is refunded after cleaning on the day of departure.
