I rent a cozy, clean, bright apartment only to ADULT, QUIET guests. We make accounting documents for business travelers upon request. The apartment has 2 separate beds: 1. a bed with orthopedic mattress, sleeping comfortably, does not creak. 2. Extra bed- pull-out sofa The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. There is a microwave oven, iron, hairdryer, electric kettle, washing machine, water heater, air conditioning, TV, Wi-fi. Always clean, fresh bedding and towels. The neighbors sleep at night-noisy feasts at night are unacceptable, after 23.00 the silence regime is observed. Upon arrival, an identity document is required, as well as a deposit of 1,000 rubles. I will refund the deposit upon check-out after checking the apartment. There are many parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the house, parking is free and open. There is video surveillance. There are a large number of supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies within walking distance, and a transport stop nearby.
