Dear guest! Please read the rules of accommodation at the Lel Hotel: 1. Check-in: Upon arrival, the guest provides an identity document, concludes an agreement and fills out the registration form. Check-in is from 14:00 local time, check-out time is 12:00 the following day. 2. Payment and booking: -accommodation is paid in the amount of 100% prepayment for the entire period. -free cancellation of the booking is possible no later than 48 hours before the arrival date, otherwise the prepayment is non-refundable. -pre-New Year and New Year period (from 31.12 to 07.01) a non-refundable rate applies. 3. The guest must inform the administrator about early check-out 24 hours before the expected check-out time, otherwise the payment for the following day will not be refunded. 4. Meals: - bringing food to the rooms is prohibited, all rooms are on restaurant service. - the price of accommodation includes an early farm breakfast in the form of a lunch box, which is placed in the mini-fridge after 20.00. You can enjoy an à la carte breakfast (for a fee) in the restaurant from 10:00, after a walk along a quiet alley of century-old pines. 5. Additional services are provided to guests for an additional fee. Use of bath houses with swimming pools and wood-fired hot tubs is not included in the price of accommodation. 6. Children under 3 years old are accommodated in the main bed at no extra charge. 7. Some room categories allow the placement of extra beds. The cost of 1 bed is 1800 rubles / 1 day. Early farm breakfast is not included in the specified price. 8. The presence of third parties in the room is not allowed.

According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
