Nearby is the central Magnit Family store, Guliver, maternity hospital, the Riviera restaurant, the Coastal Park, kindergarten, art school, etc.  The apartment is very cozy and clean. From the windows you can see the park and the beautiful Church of St. Andrew the First-Called. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, a refrigerator, all necessary utensils, including champagne flutes, a microwave oven, an induction hob, air conditioning, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a dryer, a TV. There are 4 sets of bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, soap accessories, a cozy kitchen, tea, coffee, cream, you can prepare your own breakfast.... We always go to meet our guests. ‼️‼️ If you withdraw for more than 7 days, we will make a discount. Check -in time is from 2 p.m. or  By prior arrangement, check-out time is until 12.00 The price includes accommodation for no more than three guests. The cost of the deposit (3,000 rubles) is taken upon check-in as a guarantee , non-refundable (in case the guests have changed their plans).
