We value our reputation and the condition of our apartments, therefore, various entertainment events (birthdays, parties, holidays, etc.) are not provided. Persons who drink alcoholic beverages in the apartment are subject to eviction. We ask you not to disturb the peace of residents living in neighboring apartments of an apartment building on weekdays from 21:OO to O8:OO hours, weekends and holidays – from 22:OO to 1O:Oh hours. • Property: We ask you to take care of the things and objects provided for temporary use.
