It is located in Ust-Koksa village, 7 Shukshina St., in a new residential area overlooking two mountain ranges: Terektinsky and Katunsky. In good weather, you can see the peaks of Mount Belukha. The house has 8 main and 4 additional seats (payment for each additional seat is 1000 rubles), accommodation for more guests is subject to agreement. There is everything for a comfortable stay: TVs, WI-FI, two bathrooms. bathroom facilities (hairdryer, washing machine, sink, toilet, showers), bed linen, towels and hygiene products, a fully equipped kitchen for self-cooking (microwave, induction hob, electric kettle, refrigerator, oven, dishes). There is a gazebo, fully equipped for cooking (stove, refrigerator, sink, hot water) and a barbecue area. For the entire period of stay, an additional fee for using the gazebo and barbecue area is 1000 rubles. There is a warm, spacious, wooden sauna with a large veranda where you can have a good rest after excursions and trips (to be paid separately). On the territory of the estate, for children, there is a children's playground with a slide, a swing and a trampoline. There is an unsecured, spacious parking lot, but video surveillance is available throughout the territory. For lovers of outdoor activities, we can recommend guided tours of the Ust-Koksinsky district, which are organized by Leo LLC. Check-in from 14.00, check-out until 10.00. The security deposit is 5,000 rubles. It is fully refunded on the day of departure, after checking the condition of the house, for compliance with the rules and the safety of property.
