Altai - Kailas

The base is located in the north-west of the Altai Republic, on the right bank of the Katun River, just downstream from the confluence of the Sema River in the village of Ust-Sema. The main transport highway of the region, the Chuisky Tract, passes through Ust-Sema. The Chemalsky highway also starts from the village, heading south towards the village of Kuyus and the regional center of Chemal. It is easy to visit all the beautiful and picturesque places nearby from the Altai Kailas recreation center.
