The guest house is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the village of Vardane, on a plain near the Black Sea coast. The distance to the sea is 950 m or 11 minutes of a leisurely walk along a straight, flat road. Within walking distance, within 3-10 minutes — entertainment venues, convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, Vardane railway station, market. The water park is 20 minutes away by car. Next to us are the village of Loo and the residential district of Yakornaya Schel, Khobza, Beranda, a little further Golovinka, Gorny Vozdukh, Dagomys and other settlements on the Black Sea coast of the Lazarevsky district of Sochi. From the Adler district, the Airport and Krasnaya Polyana - conveniently without traffic jams on the Lastochka train, from any Adler station (Sochi Airport, Adler Train Station, Imereti Resort, Olympic Village, Esto-Sadok, Rosa Khutor, etc.) - to the station Vardane or Loo (trains go to "Loo Station" more often, and "Vardane Station" is closer to us). Then take a taxi, public transport or walk from Vardane station. Comfortable stay in cozy rooms of standard and family categories from 20 sq. m. to 35 sq. m. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, a kettle, a shower, a hairdryer and a desk. All rooms have a wardrobe and a private bathroom. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool, private parking, a garden and barbecue facilities. There is a shared kitchen, luggage storage and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Children up to and including 5 years old can be accommodated in existing places without providing an additional place for free. From 6 years old, an additional seat is required for a fee, as for an adult
