The code for the mini safe with the key is sent after signing the contract, 100% payment for accommodation and deposit. On weekends, holidays, days of high demand and in high season, the cost varies! The base price per night is for 2 people with a double bed. Additional seats are charged additionally. In order to avoid misunderstandings, I only accommodate Russian-speaking guests. If you are a citizen of another country, be prepared to present documents confirming the legality of your stay in the territory of the Russian Federation. Near the house: Within a radius of 500 meters shops "Verniy", "Autumn" (24-hour with excellent cooking), "Ermolinsky", "Red & White", 3 pharmacies (including 24-hour), pizzeria, sushi, hairdressers, beauty salons, gas station. There is a children's playground in the courtyard. Attractions: The Central city embankment and Yaroslavovo Dvorishche, the Novgorod Kremlin, the Iceberg Ice Rink, the fitness center, the Miracle Island children's play center. Khutyn monastery (active), Antoniev monastery. All this is 5-10 minutes from the house (by car). Convenient access to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Parking: free at the entrance and there are always free places! Rules: Smoking and the use of incense in any form (including electronic cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, etc.) are prohibited. Please strictly observe the rules of fire safety. We expect silence in accordance with Federal Law No. 52: on weekdays: from 22:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00; on weekends: from 22:00 to 10:00.
