The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 guests, there is a double bed 180x200 and a folding sofa bed. The glazed balcony overlooks the private sector, and in the morning you can enjoy wonderful sunrises. You can park safely in the courtyard. The apartment has everything you need for a long and daily stay: refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing facilities, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi Internet, smart TV. Towels and bed linen are provided according to the number of guests. ❗️Important information have️ - The apartment is not provided for parties - Any smoking products are prohibited in the apartment and in the entrance! - Bed linen is provided by default as follows: For 1-2 people - 1 set of double bed linen. For 3-4 people - 2 sets of bed linen. The cost of the additional set is 500 rubles at a time. - quiet hour from 22.00 to 8.00 - upon check-in, a passport (photo) and a deposit of 3,000 rubles are provided (refunded after cleaning on the day of departure)
