Separate bathroom. - The bedroom has a full-size bed with a new orthopedic mattress of medium hardness, measuring 160x200 cm and a comfortable armchair-bed. - There is a folding sofa in the living room (sleeping place 140x200 cm). - The apartment exactly matches the photo, it is very well filled. - Always clean and technically sound. - White bed linen, soft towels. We wash and iron clothes only in a professional laundry room. EQUIPMENT: - High-quality hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, soap, dental kits). - High-speed Wi-Fi. - 2 TVs with TV channels and an online cinema. - Mosquito nets, fumigator. - Yandex Station with Alice. - Washing machine. - Electric underfloor heating in the bathroom. - Spacious refrigerator. - Microwave oven. - The oven. - Steam generator, clothes dryer. - Hair dryer. - Filter jug for water. - Kettle, turka, tea, coffee.
