Все настроение изначально испортила не приветливая кучерявая девушка на входе , которая принципиально посадила за тот стол , который хочет Она! При пустом зале . Незнаю почему ей это было принципиально .

Как постоянные посетители данного заведения (все праздники с хорошими чеками отмечали тут) - были крайне разочарованы обращением и отношением работников к нам, столкнулись впервые. Забронировали столик внутри ресторана за 3 недели (за 2 уточняли всё ли в силк с бронью) с диванами так как бла компания с 3 маленьким детьми, двум из которых по 4 месяца и нам просто необходимо было такое место. В день мероприятия администратор начинает уводить нас вообще в другой угол ресторана и сажает за другой стол без диванов, на наши вопросы администратору почему без нашего ведома и предупреждения заменили стол - нам лишь пожали плечами и сказали сухое «ну… извините, так что, остаетесь?». Официант сказала, что нам предоставят какой-то «комплимент». По итогу, ни комплимента, ни символической мини скидки, ни нормальных извинений мы не получили. А тот стол, который мы «забронировали» так и простоял пустым. Не смотря на действительно хорошую кухню, больше сюда не придем за такое отношение.

Решили отмечать тут день рождения, забронировали столик на 7-8 чел, точно не уточнила. В день праздника подъехали гости первее меня и хостес к ним начала предъявлять претензии почему точно не сказали что будет 8 человек??? Очень надменно и недовольно. Как думаете Вы имеете право так обращаться к своим гостям? Вместо того чтобы любезно обслужить и оставить лучшие впечатления от праздника в вашем ресторане?! В чем была проблема доставить один стул к столику? Что в итоге с недовольным лицом и было сделано, просто к чему все это? Почему гости должны видеть это лицо и слушать недовольства? К кухне претензий нету, так же к официантам. Но хостес которая встречает гостей просто обязана быть любезнее и тем более не хамить! 20.07.2025 в 18 ч вечера, кто был на смене- руководство посмотрите сами. Не портьте имидж заведения такими сотрудниками. Хотелось бы вернутся к вам снова, но когда с порога видишь такое отношение…теперь под вопросом посоветую ли данное заведение другим.
