The guest house is located in the city center and surrounded by greenery, everything is within walking distance, one of the best locations for tourists and vacationers. The uniqueness of the house lies in its location - right from the territory you can go to the central park of culture and recreation of the city, where you can enjoy spending time with children on a modern playground or just walk in the evening along the alleys illuminated by lanterns. The house is suitable for both short-term and longer stays, thanks to the thoughtful content and care of the guests. We have 6 rooms (4 closed and 2 passageways - a living room on the 1st floor and a hall on the 2nd floor) for daytime accommodation of more than 20 guests at a time. There are 13 adult beds and 1 child bed (house bed), additional beds are also possible. At your disposal are always fresh linen and bedding of the hotel class, personal hygiene products in individual packages, fluffy towels and slippers. For long stays, cleaning and bed linen change are provided once a week. We have air conditioners installed, and our own heating is also provided, including underfloor heating. On the ground floor there is a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, two sinks and a bathtub, a living room with a dining area for events, a lounge area with solid oak leather furniture, a football table, a hookah and access to a barbecue terrace (there are skewers, grills, ignition liquid and gas burner - included in the price). On the second floor there is a spacious loggia with panoramic views of central Park, where you can also have a feast. Also on the second floor there are three bedrooms and a hall, with two double beds, one single, a cot for a child and two double sofas as additional places. There are also two sofas for additional accommodation on the ground floor in the living room and lounge area. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is a spacious courtyard with a gazebo and a self-service Russian sauna on firewood (just steam, there is a dressing room, steaming time is unlimited, we will tell you everything and help if necessary with kindling, firewood for the bath is included in the price), black currant bushes, gooseberries, cherries and apple trees are at your service There is parking for 4 cars (covered for 2 cars). WI-FI, ALICE, KARAOKE, Android TV (KINOPOISK, OKKO subscriptions), X-BOX, kicker (table football), chess, checkers, backgammon, card and board games, as well as Russian lotto, we provide a guitar (on request). Children will have a great time playing x-box or board games in a separate room or on the playground, while adults can fully relax. Within 100 meters there are shops "Perekrestok" and "Pyaterochka", a coffee shop "Shokoladnitsa", a family restaurant "Garden", a pizzeria "To-To", a modern shopping center, also within walking distance there are fitness clubs: "Atmosphere" and "Boston". We cooperate with a butcher shop, it is possible to order any kind of meat and kebab for barbecue, including coal. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION: 1. Check-in time is 12.00. Check-in from 15.30, check-out until 12.00. Earlier check-in and (or) later check-out are possible by agreement on the eve of check-in within 2 hours without additional payment in case of free adjacent dates (extension of the rental period can be agreed, each subsequent hour is 1000 rubles). 2. Self-check-in is provided, we can also meet you (by prior agreement). 3. We are very attentive to cleanliness in the house, therefore, it is customary for us to take off shoes and, if desired, put on the provided slippers in individual packages. 4. If you like music, do not turn it on too loudly and turn it off on the street after 22.00 according to the law of the Vladimir region on silence. 5. Please do NOT smoke at home, for this purpose there is a barbecue terrace, a balcony, a panoramic loggia and a house territory. Hookah and electronic cigarettes can be used in the lounge area. 6. Keep clean. Please collect garbage, leftovers of food and drinks in garbage bags (located in the kitchen, under the sink). 7. You can have pets with us (by prior agreement).
