The apartment is new, only after renovation in the Emerald residential complex, next to the apartment is the famous restaurant "Spawn", where guests can taste local seafood. The apartment, inspired by beauty and memories from childhood, became a bridge of modernity and tradition, characteristic of pre-revolutionary interiors. The tile in the bathroom itself is a separate admiration, it somewhat resembles the broom tile, which was often used in pre-revolutionary houses, which can be seen, for example, in the GUM of Vladivostok. It was from this tile that the inspiration went further and it turned out that there was an old record player from childhood, because there used to be gramophones and records - therefore, the concept of recreating a classic interior was very influenced by its presence in the living room. Then a work table and a chair were added, grandma's 2 sconces also gladly moved into this interior and found their place very harmoniously. A buffet made by the author after restoration from Rostov-on-Don arrived in the kitchen and living room, the buffet became a highlight in the interior. The apartment has a gorgeous bedroom with a projector and a desk, a wardrobe. The kitchen and living room will also become a cozy place for home gatherings with a magnificent view of the sea, and a pull-out sofa in the kitchen will transform the space into a cozy bedroom for two guests. The apartment has a beautiful bathroom area, which also serves as a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a modern installation with a smart bidet. A spacious hallway with William Morris touches will greet its guests with warmth of color and comfort. The apartment is unique in that it connects the past and the present with a bridge of time and is a creative space where you can enjoy the view from the window and listen to one of your favorite records in a beautiful interior filled with romance and comfort. We are waiting for our regular and new guests in the new space.
