The cost of renting an apartment is several times less than the cost of a hotel room, so we do not provide the following services: washing dishes for a guest, taking out garbage. Guests do this on their own. 5. Do not place animals in the apartment without the consent of the owner of the rented premises. 6. Guests under the age of 18 can stay in the room only in the presence of their parents. 7. Do not bring third parties into the apartment without the consent of the owner of the rented premises. 8. When leaving the apartment, close the taps and windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances.   9. Do not rearrange the furniture.   For violation of the rules of operation of the premises, the daily rental agreement may be terminated. The penalty is the security cost of the rental.
