The house is located in the Sugar Key area at the Fetisov Arena turn. Bolshekamenskaya 35, 20 minutes from the city of Vladivostok and 7 minutes from the central highway. The house has 12 beds (sleeping areas for 10 people on the 2nd floor, a 2-bedroom sofa bed on the 1st floor). Clean satin bed linen, towels for body and face are also provided. Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, towels, napkins). Wi-Fi, comfortable dining tables, air conditioning, a terrace with outdoor tables and benches overlooking a beautiful garden, cedars, fir trees, blue fir trees. There is a barbecue area, a swing, a trampoline, benches.The second floor of the house is a cozy apartment consisting of two bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. Each bedroom has a TV. Parking for 2 cars in the courtyard, parking for 5 cars in front of the gate. Next to the house there is a barbecue area and 2 covered gazebos for 20 people. Upon arrival, an insurance deposit for the safety of the property of 10,000 rubles is paid and returned 3-5 hours after the eviction and a full inspection of the house.
