Ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends, we can accommodate up to 6 people. Near the house there is a picturesque beach, a Leopard embankment, as well as Russian Island and the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU). I provide accounting documents (Contract, NPD receipts). Smoking in the apartment, on the balcony and in the entrance is strictly prohibited! , Without animals! The apartment is not intended for celebrations and events! The price may vary depending on the season, weekends and holidays, the number of residents and the rental period. Check-in rules: Check-in from 15:00 (if possible, I can check in earlier) Check out before 12:00. When registering, we conclude an electronic contract through the OkiDoki service, and have a passport with us. Keep it clean. The cost of renting an apartment is several times less than the cost of a hotel room, so we do not provide the following services: washing dishes for a guest, taking out the trash. The guests do it on their own. A deposit of 5,000 rubles is paid through the payment system.
