A two-bedroom apartment with a sea view is located at the beginning of the Egersheld district, geographically closer to the center. The house is located 10 minutes from the center of Vladivostok. Within walking distance (up to 10 minutes on foot) is a major transport hub: the terminus of most bus routes, the central railway station, the Aeroexpress stop from the Airport, the Marine Station. The central Embankment, the Sportivnaya Gavan, the 7 Ft yacht club, the station of coastal sea communications with routes to the islands and beaches are within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: beds, TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen area, private bathroom and toilet.
